No. You don’t pay any closing costs, fees or commissions.

What happens first?

We have a conversation with you on the phone and schedule a time to come view your property.

When will I get my cash for the sale of my house?

You will get your money as soon as the title company transfers it into your account upon closing. This can happen within 7-10 days of signing the contract.

How will I get my money?

The title company will transfer your money directly into your account.

How many days will it take to close?

We can close in as fast as 3 days, but most closes happen within 7-10 days of signing the contract.

When will you come to our home?

Today if you need us to! If today doesn’t work for you, we’d like to schedule a visit within the next day or two.

Who will come to my home?

Kyle & Stephanie Henrie, the owners of Before & After Homes, who are experts on how to solve all your property problems. They may bring with them a couple of business partners to ensure you get a fair offer.

Who do you need to talk to when you come to our home?

We need to talk to all decision makers. For example, if you’re married, both spouses need to be present; or if your mom is the owner, she needs to be present.

Do I need to clean my house before you come visit?

No, don’t do a thing! We’re happy when you’re comfortable!

Do I need to fix the broken parts about my house?

You don’t need to do anything with the house. We will take care of everything!

What if my house has a lot of big problems?

If your house has a lot of big problems and you don’t want to deal with them, you’re in the right place! We’re here to solve that problem!

Why is this faster than listing with an agent?

One reason is, when you list your house with an agent, it’s beneficial to get it show-ready and appeal to home-buyers who will want to live in your home. We will do that for you after we close on the house. Another reason is, we work with specific fast-close, as-is title companies who are experts in closing on properties within the least amount of days possible after signing the contract.

Why should I work with Before & After Homes instead of a Real Estate Agent?

You should definitely not work with Before & After Homes if working with a real estate agent is more beneficial for you. IF you need to close on your house quickly and walk away from it as is, working with us might be more beneficial for you. What if I can’t move out right away?

We can still close fast and then give you as much time as you need.

What if I can’t afford movers?

When you work with us, we’ll do everything we can to make every part of this process fast and affordable for you. If we can’t, we will point you in the direction of someone who can. We are very transparent, knowledgeable, fair and will answer all of your questions.

What if the house is full of stuff? AKA lots of collections and falling apart

No need to worry. We and/or our business partners will take care of that for you!

What if I need top dollar AND need to close fast?

The honest answer is, you typically can’t do both. If you need top dollar, fixing up your home yourself, and listing it with an agent might be your best option. If you need money in your pocket quickly or want to get a problem property off your hands quickly with zero hassle, working with us might be your best option. If you don’t know what your best option is, we’ll be able to determine that by the end of our initial home visit with you.

Is Before & After Homes buying my house or is someone else buying my house?

Before & After Homes may be buying your house, or may be re-assigning the contract to one of our business partners to buy your house. You’ll know the answer to that question by the end of our initial home visit appointment.
